                           We got to know from a highly confidential source that Power Star Pawan

 Kalyan is suffering from back pain.

                     
                       Earlier, we have reported that Pawan went to Bangalore to spend more than 

3 weeks in the Garden City. 

                      
                        Sources close to the actor revealed that Pawan Kalyan got operated in 

Bangalore for his back pain.

                       
                          Jagga Reddy is contesting on behalf of Bharatiya Janata Party from Medak 

constituency with the support of Pawan Kalyan.

                      
                          When Jagga Reddy called Pawan Kalyan to know about his availability for 

the election campaign, the latter sent a message that he is suffering from back pain and 

may not be available for the campaigns.

                      
                         Both Jagga Reddy and BJP pinned lot of hopes on this Jana Sena Party chief 

as he is the star campaigner for them in Telangana.

                       
                         In fact Pawan Kalyan was the only leader who has openly criticized KCR by 

standing in the heart of Telangana. 

                     
                       On the other hand, OUJAC leaders said that they will stop Pawan Kalyan if 

he supports Jagga Reddy and campaigns for him. An official announcement is yet to be 

made about Pawan Kalyan's campaign details in Medak district.
