Realty Prices Fall In Hyderabad
According to a survey conducted all over India across 24 cities, the prices of plots and houses have increased significantly.
Chennai leads the pack with a record increase of 230%, which is followed by Pune with 123% increase and Mumbai with 122% increase. The figures were released by the Central government after a financial survey.
In sharp contrast, the prices have come down by 7% in Hyderabad. The disturbances in Telangana, bifurcation of the state are considered to have impacted the prices according to financial analysts. But they predict that political stability and picking up of financial activity will soon lead to increase in prices.
Though the impact of bifurcation will still be felt, depending on the measures taken up by the T government, the real estate scene might look up once again. Everything depends on Chief Minister KCR and his plans for the city in days to come.
